We all reach moments of crisis in our lives when situations become too complicated or overwhelming to work through independently. Whether these times are related to an acutely stressful life event or a more subtle shifting of circumstances, I hope to provide my clients with the tools and guidance to work through these difficult moments. I understand that getting to therapy is often an intimidating process, and I seek to provide a non-judgmental and supportive place in which to do the work, while also challenging each person to see their thoughts, feelings and behaviors more clearly.
