The relationship between a client and their therapist is a strong predictor of a successful therapeutic experience. I strive to provide a warm, supportive environment where each individual feels heard and respected while they move towards a greater understanding of their own concerns and solutions to problems. I use an eclectic approach based on the needs of each individual. My background includes extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and family therapy. I work with adults, children, adolescents and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
