I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher who believes in the power of therapy to facilitate transformation and healing. My training in Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy, sense of humor, and intersectional lens form the foundation of my practice. I believe that building authentic connections with my clients is essential to the therapeutic process. I take a holistic approach to therapy by drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods and my own intuition to support clients wherever they are.
