I specialize in women's mental health with expertise in the treatment of ptsd (trauma) and perinatal mental health. Building a family, aging, and trauma exposure can bring up a lot of different emotions and a new awareness about our relationships and personal identities. I have supported clients to address experiences including anxiety, grief, relationship conflict, sexual assault, childhood abuse, cancer, perimenopause, birth trauma, prenatal/ postpartum mood disorders, miscarriage and stillbirth. With support, we have the ability to understand and cope with life's challenges, no matter how overwhelming it might currently feel.
