Life and relationships can be hard. Like really really HARD! I get that. Sometimes, you need someone who listens and offers insights and tools, that help you get clarity on what you are going through. Therapy is a space for you to work through the issues that are holding you back and keeping you stuck. Growth happens when you can show up authentically—when you are seen and known. In therapy, I offer the space you need to do the work that will lead to growth and flourishing in your relationships and in life. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling confident in your ability to handle whatever life throws your way. I specialize in relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, teens, young adults, caregivers, parenting, couples, and spiritual issues. For couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman interventions to deepen connection and mutual understanding. I work with children, teens, individuals, families, and couples.
