Hello! My name is Kate and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing counseling and social work services to children, adolescents, and adults in education and non-profit settings. In addition to working closely with children and their caregivers, I find joy in working with adults facing various life challenges and changes. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma from a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. I utilize concepts of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy in my work. I am also trained in TF-CBT and in the process of being certified.
