Hello, my name is Kate James and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My goal is to help you navigate where you are, where you have been, and where you want to go. I see client's virtually in the state of CA, and locally in Tehachapi, CA - either in office or via walk and talk therapy. My style is warm, empathic, and person centered. The client's I typically work with struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, parenting, school/career difficulties, grief, trauma, and relational issues. Additionally, I often work with clients who want to further their personal growth and self-understanding.
