I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, trauma, and attachment difficulties. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced domestic and sexual violence and those in the LGBTQIA+ community who may be facing unique struggles. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of healing. As such, I strive to create a safe, affirming, and client-centered space for all individuals.
