About
I work with individuals in their 20s, 30s & 40s who would like to better manage stress, anxiety, relationship conflict and grief. Many of my clients are professional women seeking to feel more connected, content, and balanced, while having greater understanding of and intentionality about their interpersonal patterns. With advanced training in perinatal mental health, I have a specific interest in supporting first time parents in the transition to parenthood. In addition to the transition to parenthood, I have considerable experience supporting clients through life events such as relationship endings, moves, and job changes. My approach blends narrative, emotionally focused, and psychodynamic therapy. Together we will explore past and present relationships, build practical skills, and deepen self-understanding. For clients interested in their dreams, I also offer dream work, exploring dream images and emotions to uncover meaningful patterns that can enhance the therapy process.
