I offer an empowered approach to healing and growth. Trauma and difficult things happen to all of us, but healing is a choice that benefits not only ourselves, but everyone around us. I use a holistic approach and trauma-informed lens, offering safety and compassion, while gently challenging you to see in new ways and release survival modes. I hold a safe and sacred space for both women, men, teens & couples. I use visuals and metaphors to educate clients with concepts that stick, so you walk away feeling empowered and ready to create change in your life & relationships. I work well with clients who are ready to implement change. I help couples build a better marriage by identifying unhelpful patterns & dynamics, while teaching you new skills and ways to better understand and meet each other's needs. I am well-versed on the impact of ADHD on marriage and the process of rebuilding safety after ruptures of trust. Couples work is not covered by insurance; HSA/FSA accepted.
