I offer individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, meaning that I recognize that each individual is unique and you are the expert of your own lived experience. I strive to create a safe space where you feel accepted and valued for who you are. We work together to help you move towards your goals and become more of the person you want to be. For children who may be struggling with big feelings and behaviors, becoming withdrawn, or experiencing a transition, I create a space for them to explore and make sense of their experiences, and to try on new ways of being.
