Hi! I'm Kate (she/her), it's nice to meet you! I'm a queer, ADHD, and a domestic violence survivor. These are my professional specialties, and my personal identities. So when I help you live through these things, its from a place of truly getting it <3 There's so much overlap in neurodiversity and in experiencing toxic relationships. Just being neurodivergent in this world means you get cPTSD too, because the world wasn't made for us. But it doesn't have to be this hard. There's so many tools to set up your life for ease and joy.
