I'm really good at brainstorming and bringing new possibilities into the room. I love what I do, and I will work tirelessly to help you feel better. I work with existential questions - Why did this happen to me? How do I live my life? I work with trauma, grief and loss, addiction including to sex/pornography, families of incarcerated people, thoughts about death and dying, anxiety, parenting support. I enjoy thinking about intersectionality, about how our identities affect our experiences in the world, and I bring a social justice lens to my work.
