Our greatest growth as a person often comes through periods of suffering - they are meant to be transformative. It is my desire to help you see that. My name is Kate, and I have practiced for over 12 years. I combine evidence-based techniques along with compassion and my own personal experience because let's face it - we are all imperfect people.
