You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, or maybe you’re functioning on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside. Therapy can be a place to slow down, foster curiosity, and begin to feel more grounded and hopeful again. I work with teens and adults (16+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I have a particular interest in helping young men who are trying to find their footing in a rapidly changing world, as well as women of all ages facing transitions that challenge their sense of identity, purpose, or direction.
