I love helping individuals, couples, and families stuck in unhappy relationship dynamics become "unstuck.” In my therapy space, I create a supportive environment to explore a wide range of emotions. Whether it is betrayal, addiction, parenting challenges, resentment, or poor communication that needs to be addressed, I work collaboratively to understand how previous relational dynamics, especially with families of origin, contribute to current behaviors and coping skills. When clients understand how their past relationships shape their current selves, they can build greater acceptance, kindness, and self-care.
