I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating periods of transition whether that looks like anxiety, depression, grief, or a sense that something needs to change but you’re not sure what yet. My approach is shaped by a background in art/design and healthcare. I bring an appreciation for creativity, complexity, and multiple perspectives. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable. Research shows that the therapeutic relationship itself plays a central role in positive therapy outcomes. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that is both supportive and gently challenging.
