Hello there! Thanks for visiting my profile. I have been practicing for 8 years as a licensed professional counselor. I work with clients ages 18-65 and use a variety of specialized approaches depending on the needs of my client.I provide support and education using a trauma informed and responsive approach to therapy. I enjoy using a framework that focuses on wellness and self-compassion practices as well as cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) and mindful and somatic experiencing when appropriate.
