I enjoy working with adults who are navigating deep emotional terrains — things like complex trauma, family dysfunction, existential dread, spirituality, and life transitions. The people I work with may identify as misfits, people-pleasers, empaths, or highly sensitive. They might be creative and high functioning, yet struggle with self-doubt and ask a lot of "why" questions. They may love deeply, except when it comes to themselves. Sometimes they feel disconnected from their bodies and wonder what the point is.
