My job is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering as we focus on what matters most to you. I support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, loss, relationship struggles, challenging life transitions and more. Those I work with are looking to be understood, to understand themselves better, and are motivated to move towards healing. Each session will be yours, and to fully show up for those I work with, I bring my authentic self to session as well. I have worked with couples and adults in various settings, and I find exploring identity with women and helping couples reconnect especially meaningful.
