I’m a Clinical Psychotherapist Resident at Meridian Psychotherapy Associates, where we specialize in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for individuals and couples. I bring a relational, anti-oppressive lens to therapy and am passionate about supporting clients through trauma, life transitions, and the ongoing work of building self-understanding. I believe healing happens in meaningful therapeutic relationships—and that every person has the right to self-determination.
