Hi there! My name is Kate, and I have immediate telehealth availability for teens and adults experiencing a variety of challenges like anxiety and depression, life changes and stress, and low self-esteem and relational issues. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic alliance with you so we can understand your history, patterns, needs, and desires. I view therapy as an exploratory process where we build insight into how past experiences are impacting us in the present. As we learn to understand the variables at play in your life, I hope to bring empathy to all the different parts of you, even the “not so great” parts.
