One of my favorite things a patient has said to me is “Thank you for being part of my journey”. That’s what life is to me – a journey we are all on together. What I want for everyone is that they can overcome any barriers they may have so they can tune into their whole selves and live life to its fullest. I use a mixed relational approach pulling from person-centered therapy, existential therapy, DBT and more. I am committed to providing you a safe, sex positive, non-judgmental space for trust and growth. I work with people from all walks of life on issues like neurodiversity, anxiety, ADHD, family history, relationships, etc.
