I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as an MN-BSW Approved Clinical Supervisor. I work with young adults, adults, couples and families. I believe in providing space to show up as your authentic self and believe that transformative work begins through connection with a trusted therapist. I pull from my own life experiences and weave many therapeutic approaches into my work. My goal is to join with you in your healing, and I am committed to providing a supportive, caring, and nonjudgmental space in order to witness and explore your stories.
