As a therapist, my goal is to help my clients reach a level of self-empowerment and self-awareness, fostering a therapeutic environment that provides a sense of security while exploring the unique experiences and elements of a client's life. I strive to create a non-judgemental space in which to process difficulties and engage in self-discovery, self-acceptance, personal growth and work towards lasting change. I approach therapy with an open and collaborative mindset, recognizing that as life unfolds we face many challenges, and each person must find their own path.
