If you are looking for a therapist who is accessible, present, fearless, and authentic, then we might just be a match. I enjoy clients who are therapy veterans and know what they want (or what they don't). I also love to help clients who are new to therapy and feel a little nervous, to feel secure and supported. Whether you have a trauma history that you need someone grounded to help you address, or are simply feeling overwhelmed, I am here for it. I bring a lifetime of experiences (and a fondness for metaphors) to the therapy room for us to draw on. Open to families and to couples, including those who need poly and kink informed. I use strength based approaches to build forward while acknowledging the systems that form your history. I appreciate and have experience working with deep trauma. Previously, I taught neuromuscular re-education, along with being an internationally known author and expert in Applied Mindfulness. I have expertise in high control group/religious trauma work.
