Clients often initially reach out because they feel anxious, lost, confused, stuck, dissatisfied, unmotivated or disappointed. Together we use proven strategies and a strengths-based compassionate approach to develop more authentic relationships, clearer communication, generous and protective boundaries, and genuine purpose. We explore what is working well for you, and we limit thoughts and habits that no longer support you. Your goals determine how long we work together.
