I believe in reducing the stigma around mental health and empowering people to support themselves and live authentically. I support individuals both child and adults with developmental disabilities such as autism, ADHD, depression, other learning disabilities, and those with life stressors/adjustment disorders. I strive to create a safe space where you feel truly heard, empowered, and supported whether you're navigating challenges or celebrating the wins. This is a judgment-free zone where you can be your full self; creative, serious, silly, reflective—whatever you need at the moment.
