I look forward to working with you, to help you move forward with goals. I enjoy working with adults and teens through difficult life circumstances, and helping to instill hope. I specialize in grief and loss, depression, trauma, and anxiety. I can include art therapy in sessions if requested, to help process thoughts and emotions non-verbally, and can provide further insight into expression that words cannot do alone. I work with teens and adults in the office and/or telehealth. I also can include Brainspotting in sessions as well as traditional talk therapy techniques. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist who utilizes a strength based, eclectic approach through the use of Art Therapy, Brainspotting, and talk therapy techniques to address treatment goals. I specialize in grief and loss, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have also been trained in perinatal mental health.
