Currently have several daytime openings (as of 10/24/25). I am a Licensed Counselor and local Vermonter offering support for those experiencing challenges associated with anxiety, panic, mood, stress & burnout, as well as chronic illness. My background includes training in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine, Health Sciences, and Exercise Instruction. I took this integrative route because I know first hand the impact our physical health has on our mental health, and vice versa.
