Hi, I’m Kate! I’m a queer, neurodivergent, liberation-focused therapist. ADHD & Trauma can leave us feeling full of self-doubt, questioning our own reality, and disconnected from our authentic selves. You may be someone who is highly attuned to others, yet unsure of yourself, minimizes your own struggles, and you find yourself repeatedly misunderstood, exhausted, while having this nagging feeling that you want to escape or move to a new city every few months. You know something feels off, even if you can’t name it yet. Together, we can make sense of what your body and mind are trying to tell you.
