In my work, I strive to create a therapeutic space that is caring, nonjudgmental, and open–preferably with room for humor. I work with individuals navigating chronic illness, disability, medical trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, and identity exploration, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. I understand that trauma is often not just part of our pasts but may also be encountered in our daily lives while navigating systems that harm those living in marginalized bodies–including the mental health system.
