I am fully licensed and have provided therapy and supervised clinicians providing therapy to children, adults and families for more than 24 years. After focusing my work for more than two decades on those looking for relief from anxiety or a history of trauma, I am turning my attention to a concentration in sleep disorders for ages 18+. Beginning in the Fall of 2025, I will be exclusively offering short-term treatment for adults seeking support with insomnia or challenges with sleep. If you're chronically sleep deprived it can make it so much more difficult to access coping skills. I want to help with that.
