Kate's area of expertise is in working with children, teens, young adults and parents, including a specialty in developing and elite performing artists and athletes. Kate's background as a former professional ballet and modern dancer make her uniquely qualified to work with artists of all ages. She enjoys working with young adults as they navigate life transitions, relationships and identity expansion. She draws on influences from Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Expressive Therapies in a holistic approach to help affect positive growth and change for her clients.
