In therapy, I provide a compassionate space to explore how personal and relational histories shape present struggles. I support individuals, couples, and families facing life transitions, conflict, grief, burnout, trauma, and PTSD. These experiences can disrupt a person’s sense of identity, safety, and trust - provoking feelings of anxiety and depression. Some experiences may bring feelings of shame, anger, or disillusionment when core beliefs are challenged or broken. I have extensive experience in palliative care, hospice, and end-of-life support, where connection and emotional presence are especially vital.
