I’m Kate, a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, offering individual therapy services for adults located in Kansas (in-person sessions in Lawrence). My style is collaborative, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and down-to-earth (with a dose of humor). I am experienced in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and transitions, and I specialize in working with adults of all identities navigating these challenges, helping them build insight, resilience, and real, lasting change by using an eclectic and holistic evidence-based approach to individualized treatment.
