Kate earned a master’s degree from the Smith College School for Social Work and a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College. She has fifteen years of experience working in multiple settings, primarily in community mental health. Kate is particularly interested in assisting adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief and loss. Kate’s clinical approach is person-centered and incorporates CBT, mindfulness, and insight-oriented psychotherapy.
