Perhaps you are struggling with personal issues and are caught in a cycle of insanity doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. You feel stuck in a rut that you can't seem to find your way out of. You put on a "happy" face to others but inside feel empty, lost, or just plain sad. You so badly want to heal from a bad childhood, a terrible break up, or a traumatic event. You are ready to begin the process of healing your mind, body, and soul. You are ready to heal these wounds. I am ready to go on this journey with you and I can help. I hope to help my clients reconnect with themselves and others. Although I am comfortable with any issue or area of concern, my passion is addiction and substance abuse. I was interested in therapy purely to help people along in their individual journey through life. My approach to therapy comes from a space of empathy, compassion, and absolutely zero judgement. My goal for every individual is to help them feel better.
