Therapy shouldn't feel like an interrogation. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of who you are, you're welcome here. Many of my clients are professionals, students, and adults exhausted from "pushing through." You may be navigating anxiety, relationship stress, or exploring your identity within the LGBTQ+ community. Whatever you are carrying, you don't have to carry it alone. I am here to help you drop the mask and finally feel like yourself again. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation. My approach is culturally responsive, warm, and active. While we will explore the roots of your pain to understand why you feel this way, we won't just talk about problems—we will focus on solutions.
