As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and art therapist with nearly 10 years of experience, I work with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults ready to discover real healing. My mission is to provide a space where you feel empowered to explore behaviors, perception, emotional needs, and day-to-day stressors through the use of verbal and creative processes. I specialize in both talk and art therapy to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I practice a collaborative and encouraging approach where you take the lead to encourage healing.
