My clients are adults and couples who seek insight and healing from past traumas, while remaining open to their part in affecting change and breaking negative cycles. I’m dedicated to guiding my clients through grief in the many ways it can appear - whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, infidelity, or an unfulfilled dream. As someone who has experienced loss first-hand, I show up from a place of genuine understanding of the toll these challenges can take on us. For couples, this can mean healing from an affair and addressing past hurts that still show up in the relationship today.
