I work with adolescents facing trauma, depression, self-harm and suicidal thoughts, anxiety, impulsivity, attachment challenges, and other mental health concerns. I am committed to helping teens find healing and freedom. Drawing from both professional and personal experience, I advocate for clients even when they feel discouraged. I embrace the ups and downs of therapy as opportunities for growth and to build resiliency. My passion lies within helping teenagers heal and grow so they can live more fulfilling lives grounded in self-awareness and healthy relationships.
