I understand how much courage it takes to begin therapy, and you don’t have to do it alone. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative. I use parts and memory therapy alongside somatic techniques to help you gently process trauma stored in both the mind and body. I also incorporate CBT to support you in managing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges with practical, effective tools you can use in everyday life. Whether you’re working through past experience or navigating current stressors, I’ll be there as a steady source of support—helping you build insight, resilience, and lasting change. Healing starts the moment you feel truly seen and heard. I can provide a safe space to explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward with intention. Small steps taken together can lead to powerful transformation. My approach is based on the use of Gottman, CBT, DBT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing & Parts and Memory Therapy.
