We are each unique individuals from all walks of life with different views and experiences, even if we're peering through the same window. It is my belief that each individual is the expert in their own life. My therapeutic approach includes collaborative work with the individual to identify the best modalities that fit their needs. I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist who works with individuals of all ages and presenting difficulties. I offer a warm and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
