I am here to empower individuals to achieve self-sustainability and growth in all areas of their lives by identifying one's unique strengths and weakness through in-person and virtual therapy. My role is to be a guide by providing the tools and support necessary to allow clients to navigate their personal journeys to the healthiest extent possible. I strive to use a client-centered approach, where I create a safe and supportive space that allows clients to make informed decisions by tapping into their own experiences. I have a passion for helping clients of all ages, from toddlers all the way to aging adults, and specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-harm, PTSD, and self-image and confidence.
