It can be overwhelming and confusing which is why my focus is to work alongside you to help establish & accomplish your desired goals/personal growth. I aim to find the right balance between challenging you to achieve your full potential & just meeting you where you’re at. I enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, stress management, and relational concerns (ages 12+).
