Therapy is about creating space to reconnect with yourself, understand your emotions and learn to move through life with more clarity and purpose. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where your story is honored, your symptoms are not your identity, and change begins with understanding. I’m especially passionate about supporting first responders, veterans, and their families, as well as young adults building their sense of identity. I also have experience working with caregivers and those navigating grief. I’ve spent much of my career being a mental health advocate with non-profit organizations such as NAMI or Pillars.
