I work with individuals who are 16 + years old and are motivated to engage in therapy. I value the therapeutic relationship. I view therapy as the two of us working together as a team to reach your goals. I use a person center, strengths based approach and value using many different modalities to fit a person's needs. I primarily work with individuals who are seeking help related to depression, anxiety, grief and loss counseling, life transition situations, chemical dependency issues, family member of someone struggling with chemical dependency, maintenance care for psychosis/psychotic spectrum disorders and panic disorders.
