I love helping people feel heard, understood, and seen through a compassionate and empathic approach to therapy. I work with a broad range of people, from elementary schoolers to adults. I love working with kids, teens, young adults, and women. I have experience working in a crisis center, schools, and private practice, and approach my work through a trauma-informed lens. I have supported people who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, unexpected crisis, chronic health problems, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting issues, problems at school, and problems with emotion regulation.
