I became a Clinical Social Worker because I strongly believe in its principles of social justice and social equality; I mindfully incorporate these principles into every session. I believe everyone deserves empathy, compassion, healing, and has the capacity for change... if they're open to it. Does now feel like it's TIME? Enough is enough? The weight of depression, anxiety, trauma, society, family issues, distorted eating/body image struggles, the power of shame, the sleepless nights; all can be addressed and healed. I am passionate about empowering clients with the tools and insight to heal themselves.
